Putin`s nuclear threats do not frighten Ukrainians, meanwhile, we are used to promoting our own myths which cause a panic in the information space. Due to the war, the moldy narrative about the flood in Kyiv got new accents. Unscrupulous information sources triggered a panic just because they were seeking hype. Known Kyiv Telegram channels, and even Russian propaganda, joined them. Nevertheless, Ukrainians` healthy collective mind and reaction of the authorities were stronger, despite first they gave the initiative to panic. We reveal, who and why escalated the situation and comfort people.

We show that the head of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov himself was almost certainly behind the rumors about his dismissal. He forced all other participants of the discussion to spread a narrative that was favorable to him: about an "honest independent speaker" against "authoritarian Zelensky." At the same time, it is unlikely that this move helps him to convert the praise of opposition politicians into electoral points.

We continue to familiarize you with our author`s approach to the analysis of communication campaigns that allows assessing the potential efficiency of the messages` interaction with the audience. Now we analyze the communication crisis regarding the Museum of Maydan that happened at the end of 2019. Museum`s fruitful communication drew the audience`s attention, nevertheless, was not convincing for the part of the future visitors. Simple messages of the museum`s critics were much more efficient. Various politicians have played a significant part in this crisis, they used this topic for engaging the museum in their narratives.

Despite the restraint of Christo Grozev, an author of the anticipated Bellingcat film about the 'Vagnergate', this topic became an opportunity for the struggle between Ukrainian political players in media and social media. Pro-European and Pro-Russian opposition took advantage to attack Volodymyr Zelenskyi and each other. Meanwhile, we couldn`t detect any preparations for the 'revolution', as it was announced in some communities.

Kostiantyn Bogatov made all possible mistakes while reacting to the recent information crisis. We recall that on February, 15, this "Holos" party member of the City Council of Kyiv suffered a robust media attack from opponents who were much more stronger, namely, "Toronto television" studio. As a result, he was removed from the faction. Center for the Content Analysis offered him consulting on the beginning of the crysis but was rejected. Now we parse his errors.

Why Verkhovna Rada haven`t given support to the presidential bill about the dissolution of Constitutional Court? If we disregard probable bribery of members of parliament, the significant role should be paid for narratives. The decision of Constitutional Court about the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, further presidential bill about the dissolution of Constitutional Court, and critics of this bill by patriotic and pro-russian opposition formed a general plot. But the narration story varied significantly in different sources.

• The number of Ukrainian social network users covered by panic mood is constantly growing. • Panic mood, as well as over-optimistic, predominantly grounds on fake and manipulative data. Meanwhile, posts with constructive vision include much less share of fakes. • Women who earlier relatively little been interested in politics now are most severely vulnerable to manipulations in this issue.

We found, that a campaign has been really launched. It was mainly done by the pro-Russian media and barely accessed other parts of the social media audience. General Prosecutor Ryaboshapka and the Ministry of Internal Affairs made improper statements about detainees. Albeit their communication tools have not used in the negative promulgation, their words have reached a wide media audience.
